Recently founded in 2015, The People and Things/Community Gallery ´s mission is to construct  a community platform which consecrates common people´s narratives and their objects. Through the act of listening to each other we can create a democratic space and social memory based on respect and diversity tolerance.

 

Here the role of the museum or gallery curator is transformed into one of a mediator, since our purpose is to encourage people to have an active role and responsibility recording and reflecting on their own memories and feelings.
